This piano piece, like Frozen Heat, was also written whilst I was at music college. I seem to remember that I was trying to write a contrasting piece to Frozen Heat, so the tempi are relatively slow. I also used harmonic series to create arcs of phrases (I must have been into this topic then!). These arcs appear one after the other to overlap and create thicker yet transparent textures.

このピアノ曲も「フローズン・ヒート」と同様に、僕が音楽学校時代に書いたもの。「フローズン・ヒート」と 対照的な曲を作ろうとしたのを覚えています。ですから、テンポは比較的ゆったりとしています。弧を描くフ レーズを形成するために、この曲でも倍音列を用いました(当時はこのテーマに夢中だったのです!)。それら の弧は次々と現れては重なり、分厚く、しかし透明感のあるテクスチュアを形成します。
